How much space is needed?

A minimum of 10 feet is necessary.

How long does it take to set up?

Setting up will take between 30 - 45 minutes. This time does not factor into your scheduled event time. We will arrive about an hour earlier than your booking time in order to guarantee everything is functioning properly.

When is payment due?

A 25% nonrefundable downpayment is due at booking to secure your date. Final payments will be processed the week before your event.

How do guests receive their videos?

There are several ways for guests to receive and share their videos. Guests can receive a text, be sent an email, or be airdropped a file. Guests can also access the full event gallery at the included iPad sharing station. Clients will be sent the entire video gallery after the event.

Is there a travel fee?

There are no travel fees for venues within 90 miles of Madison, WI. Venues outside of that range will require a $150 travel fee as well as a three hour minimum booking.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations are allowed up to four weeks before an event. The 25% downpayment will not be reimbursed.

How many people can fit on the platform?

We advise that no more than five adults should be on the platform at a time.

Will I receive the entire event gallery?

The full event gallery will be sent to the client the day after the event.

Can I bring props?

Yes, we highly encourage props for guests! Popular ideas include, boas, frames, ribbons, bouquets, funny glasses and anything that lights up.
